Events Lanzarote presents all visitors and residents selected events that are or will soon be happening in Lanzarote.
The cultural offer on Lanzarote is incredibly diverse and varied for an island with only 150.000 inhabitants. There is live music from folklore to pop and classic to rock and punk, the various theaters on the island always surprise with great performances, there is a lively arthouse cinema in Arrecife and also interesting exhibitions in all seven communities on the island.

Events Lanzarote in Dezember 2024
29. December Opera in Teguise
The Lanzarote Opera Festival brings the Noche de Zarzuela to Teguise. Four great voices present a program with well-known Spanish Zarzuela songs. Tickets for 5€ are available from ecoentradas.
2. bis 4. Januar MalabHaría
As every year, the big circus festival opens the event program on Lanzarote. 3 days of acrobatics, clowns and more in Haría.
10th of January until 16th of February 41 Festival Internacional de Música de Canarias
As part of the large Canarian music festival, various concerts take place on Lanzarote.
17th and 18th of January Ballet La bella durmiente
The Víctor Fernández Gopar “El Salinero” Theatre starts the year with the performance of one of the most famous and dazzling ballets of the classical repertoire: The Sleeping Beauty, by the Cuban Classical Ballet. Tickets from €38.

Casa-Museo del Timple in Teguise. The timple is a traditional Canarian stringed instrument, small like a ukulele. In the Museum of the Timple, concerts usually take place once a month, most of which feature the timple as the protagonist.
La noche en Mala. Every Saturday, the Restaurante Don Quijote in Mala offers live music from 8 p.m. The programme changes from week to week between flamenco, African music, reggae and many other styles.
