Events Lanzarote presents all visitors and residents selected events that are or will soon be happening in Lanzarote.
The cultural offer on Lanzarote is incredibly diverse and varied for an island with only 150.000 inhabitants. There is live music from folklore to pop and classic to rock and punk, the various theaters on the island always surprise with great performances, there is a lively arthouse cinema in Arrecife and also interesting exhibitions in all seven communities on the island.

Events Lanzarote in October 2024
until 12th of October: Arrecife en Vivo
The island’s biggest open-air festival will be even more extensive in 2024 than before. In addition to the 4 free festival days on Fridays in Arrecife, there will be 2 additional paid dates in October. Among others, the californian band Fu Manchu and the Ska Legend Bad Manners will be playing on October 5th.

October 9th to 19th Festival Musica Visual
The avant-garde festival of modern music presents various concerts in the Cueva de los Verdes and the Auditorium Jameos del Agua. This is the programme for the 19th edition:
- Thursday, October 10th at the Sala Buñuel of the CIC El Almacén premiere of the innovative project Touch•Me•Not
- Saturday, October 12th, Mario Batkovic at the Cueva de los Verdes Auditorium
- Wednesday, October 16th, Anouar Brahem Quartet at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium
- Thursday, October 17th, Björn Meyer “Provenance” at the Cueva de los Verdes Auditorium
- Friday, October 18th, at the Sala Buñuel of the CIC El Almacén URHO
- Saturday, October 19th, the orchestral formation Echo Collective will offer its particular tribute to Radiohead’s album “Amnesiac” at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium.

22. November Schwanensee
Das International Ballet Company wurde von den prestigeträchtigen und anerkannten Solisten Moldawiens Cristina und Alexei Terentiev gegründet und wird von Solisten aus Moldawien, England und Italien ergänzt. Im November wird der Schwanensee in Arrecife im Theater Víctor Fernández Gopar “El Salinero” aufgeführt. Tickets: 25€

Casa-Museo del Timple in Teguise. The timple is a traditional Canarian stringed instrument, small like a ukulele. In the Museum of the Timple, concerts usually take place once a month, most of which feature the timple as the protagonist.
La noche en Mala. Every Saturday, the Restaurante Don Quijote in Mala offers live music from 8 p.m. The programme changes from week to week between flamenco, African music, reggae and many other styles.
