General Conditions – Lanzarote Exklusiv Member Card

1)     The Lanzarote Exklusiv Member Card is NO medium of payment comparable to bank credit cards; it is a medium of identification to get discounts and gifts from the associated companies.

2)     The discounts/gifts and the actual and only valid list of all companies participating are shown in the Online Edition of the Magazine Lanzarote Exklusiv (www.lanzarote-exklusiv.com), the Online Edition is free of charge and will be actualized regularly. The print edition published once a year is for sale and can be different in its content to the online edition. The sale price of the print edition includes automatically the Lanzarote Exklusiv Member Card and the costs for postal services.  

3)     The Lanzarote Exklusiv Member Card can not be used in combination with other offers of the companies presented.

4)     Limitations of use

a)     Restaurants: Only the card owner is legitimated to receive the discount / gift. That means that in a group only one card is necessary and that the owner of the card pays the entire bill. More then one card will not be accepted for the same group or bill.

The participating companies guarantee to give the discount/gift at least once per numbered card. The associated companies are free to accept the same card more then once. To get the promoted gifts the card has to be presented BEFORE ordering.

b)     Others: Recreational parks, art galleries, golf, fashion and other shops: Only the card holder will get the discount / gift. The associated companies are free to leave this rule and give the discount also to groups.

c)      Accommodation: Only the card holder will get the discount / gift. If he pays the entire bill for a group the discount will be applied.

5)     Time of validation of the card

The cards are valid during one year. All cards delivered now can be used until the 31.12. 2010.

6)     Problems regarding the discounts or gifts have to be cleared between the associated companies and the card owner. Boutique Top In S.L.- Lanzarote Exklusiv, as card seller, has a signed guarantee from each company participating regarding the discounts and gifts mentioned in the magazine. The owner of the card has the right to take legal action in case of problems with the discount / gift. Place of jurisprudence is Lanzarote- Arrecife.

Boutique Top In S.L.–Lanzarote Exklusiv excludes the refund all values that rise above the value of the discount /gift of each company.

7)     With buying the Lanzarote Exklusiv Member Card the card owner accepts all the points mentioned in these general conditions and declares his consent.
