Hi folks
just want to say thanks for a great product, it helped a lot to get to know the island better and we saved good money on the submarine (nearly 8 Euros pp) and in diferent restaurants. We hope you will go on to collect nice advice for our next trip to Lanzarote.

Wir waren mal wieder auf unserer Insel Lanzarote
Das Wetter hat uns sehr verwöhnt mit viel Sonne und Wärme . Unsere Gastgeber , verwöhnten uns mit unaufdringlicher Gastfreundschaft ! Bei Ankunft : wie nach Hause kommen ! Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen ! Cesar Manrique entdecken , oder die fantastische Natur der Insel bewundern , den großzügigen , gepflegten Wellnessbereich  geniessen!! Mehr Urlaub geht nicht  dachten wir doch durch den Kauf der LANZAROTE EXKLUSIV MEMBERCARD  und das lesen des Gratismagazins im Web (www.lanzarote-exklusiv.com) haben wir diesmal nicht nur bares Geld gespart (Rabatte, Geschenke etc) sondern Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entdeckt die wir vorher nicht gekannt haben. Tolles Produkt was wir auch im kommenden Jahr nutzen werden.

we recently spent a holiday in Lanzarote & on arrival purchased your exclusive discount card.Can I firstly say,we stayed in Puerto del Carmen & immediately took advantage of the offer of discount car hire from Cabrera Medina.Then throuout our 2 week stay, had further reductions on many attractions on the island( including some of the finer eating establishments we would not have known without your guide)

Also as we stayed in a private Finca we were able to take advantage of discount with our card on all our food & drink shopping at supermarkrt Hamster. Our card soon payed for itself,we will be buying another in Feb 2010

Estimado Sr: 

Como usuario de la Tarjeta Exclusive durante la segunda semana del mes de noviembre deseo manifestarle mi satisfacción con la misma. Realmente es útil la guía que publican para poder seleccionar los establecimientos y hemos acabado muy contentos de haberla adquirido.

Ello no obstante, como nunca hay nada perfecto, y a fin de que conozcan el nivel de cumplimiento de las ofertas que realizan, alquilamos un coche en Cabrera Medina, y se negaron en dos establecimientos diferentes de Playa Blanca a realizarnos el preceptivo descuento.

Personalmente me molestó la actitud de las dos personas que nos atendieron, y si bien en la parte económica doy por perdida la cantidad de descuento que me hubiera correspondido, se me quedó un poco de cara de tonto y la sensación de que ambos dos me estaban engañando.

Ello no quita para que como le comento estemos muy contentos de haber adquirido la tarjeta, y cuando repitamos un viaje a Lanzarote (espero que sea pronto) la volveremos a adquirir.

Lamentamos mucho lo que le ha pasado en las oficinas de Cabrera Medina. Otros clientes no tenian problemas en recibir los descuentos de esta empresa, tal vez habia un cambio de personal en Playa Blanca.
De toda forma hemos mandado una copia de su mail a Cabrera Medina para que cumple con su acuerdo firmado con nosotros.

Hallo

Wir sind wieder zurück aus dem wieder einmal genialen Lanzarote. Es waren zwei wunderbare Wochen mit immer wieder neuen faszinieren Eindrücken und Erfahrungen. Die Lanzarote Exklusiv Card haben wir fürs Mega Fun Quad fahren, im El Chupadero (3 x), Museo Lagomar, Rest. Bogavante und bei der Autovermietung einsetzen können. Wir finden diese Karte genial.
